DINO SOCOTRA PROGRAM
Day 1- Abu Dhabi | Hadibo: Early morning flight from Abu Dhabi to Socotra
Arrive at Socotra International Airport, meet local guide, transfer to Hadibo, lunch, and journey to Qalansiyah. Enjoy Datooh Lake view, swim in ocean, relax at campsite, and climb hill for 360-degree view. Overnight stay at Datooh campsite.
Day 2- Enjoy a Boat Trip to Shub Beach
Admiring rock formations and local birds. Enjoy swimming, lunch in Qalansiyah, visit "the Cave Man" cave, and explore the lake. Camp at Datooh eco-camp.
Day 3- Diksam Plateau Early Morning
Drive two and a half hours to Diksam Plateau. Trek through Dragon Blood Trees to the lookout overlooking Wadi Dahrar. Lunch under a dragon blood tree, followed by a swim in freshwater streams. Sunset Hike: Head to the top of Firmin Forest before sunset for a breathtaking vista. Overnight stay at Firmin camp, with dinner.
Day 4- Omq | Dihemi
After breakfast, walk to the neighboring Dragon Blood Tree Nursery. Drive to the Southern Coast: Pass across stunning sand dunes, stopping for photos. Visit Djob Cave if time allows. Swim at Omq Beach: Have lunch surrounded by palm trees. Visit Kalisan waters: swim in gorgeous blue waters. Overnight stay in the Dihemi Marine Reserve with sunset snorkeling.
Day 5- Dihemi Marine Reserve | Arhar
Morning: Swim and snorkel at Dihemi Marine Reserve. Lunch: At the scheduled location, then travel to Arhar Beach. Explore the area: Enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters. Return to Camp: Have dinner and spend the night beneath the stars over a nice fire.
Day 6- Humehl National Park | Arhar
After breakfast, drive directly to Humehl National Park. Hike to a Beautiful Pool: Relax in the "infinity pool." Lunch among the Palm Trees: Then return to Arhar. Visit the Folklore Museum to learn about Socotra's rich legacy. Overnight Stay: Return to Arhar.
Day 7- Arhar | Hawk Cave | Delisha Beach | Hadibo
Early morning: Climb the sand dunes once more. Drive to Hawk Cave: (3 hours round trip). Lunch at Delisha Beach: Relax on a gorgeous white sandy beach. Visit local institutions. Encourage young people to enter the labor force and buy locally produced goods. Check into a hotel: After a week of adventure, relax with a nice shower.
Day 8- Hadibo-Abu Dhabi Quick Tour of Hadibo
Visit the local markets. Last-Minute Shopping: Before leaving for the airport. Departure to Abu Dhabi Arrive in Abu Dhabi. Enjoy your trip to Socotra! If you require any changes or additions, please let us know.
